Wedding Day Video planning Itinerary
Welcome to MTVideoservices, I am Martin and I enjoy providing a wedding video packages service for my clients on their wedding day, which they can cherish for years to come.

The first thing clients should think about is a consultation with the Videographer. This is advisable in most circumstances, as it takes time to obtain your primary needs for your wedding; these are based on time, distance, and location. An advance deposit is necessary on initial booking of this service subject to confirmation.

Bookings are required six to twelve months prior to the event. On some occasions, we might waive this stipulation. Three copies per function are included in the packages set out below. Various box presentations are available at an extra cost; the basic type is included in the price. Samples are viewed at the time of consultation. Extra d.v.d copies are available at a small charge.

One camera is required for the event, but added costs are chargeable for a two-camera service, if available. An application form will be available on request and on line. A deposit of 40 per cent is necessary within twelve weeks prior to the event and the balance is required two weeks before the day. The deposit is non- refundable.

The Videographer will not accept any liability for the event or of any technical malfunction of the equipment used. We will refund sixty per cent of the package cost excluding booking fees, transport, and consultation, should the need arise. All the equipment re-checked before the day. The suitability of filming outside will depend greatly on the weather and filming inside the locations will depend on circumstances governed by the venue. Most weddings are organised in detail are run smoothly. We will certainly endeavour to do our utmost to provide you with that service and see that you all have a good day. Packages;

Amber Service £800.00
Before the Ceremony.
1. We will arrive approximately one to two hours before the arrival of the wedding party and guests, and film the location and the surrounds; time permitting.
2. We will film the arrival of all guests to the venue and the bride and groom.
The full Ceremony.
3. We will film the full ceremony. Please check that permission is granted before filming is carried out the event.
4. We will film as many as we can leave the venue including the bridal party and making their way to the reception.
The Reception.
5. We will film the reception area, tables, and decorations and general layout of the venue and we will film cake if it is available.
6. We will film the Bride and Bridegroom entering the area ready for the Wedding Breakfast.
7. We will film prior to the actual feast, heads and shoulders of all guests and wedding party seated.
The Speeches.
8. We will film all speeches in full. Remember that all the DVD’ contains chapters, so you can always skip those on request;
Cutting the cake.
9. We will film this as and when the Toastmaster informs us.
The first Dance.
10. We will film the “First Dance.” This can be up until 7pm. A couple of dances are included in that time. A Cut off time for filming is at 7pm.
This package does not include the evening reception.

Notes:-

This Package includes Travel up to a 40-mile radius. Extra costs are incurred out side this bracket.

You receive a three Dvd presentation pack .in Mtv dvd boxes. Other types of luxury presentation boxes are available at an extra cost. It will include a photo of the Bride and Groom printed on the disc. The length of the video will normally last for a maximum of 90 minutes.

We will attend a rehearsal if the client requests it, at a small fee.

The following costs, should you wish to extend the types of packages are added to the first Amber package. We can rearrange the above to suit your individual needs.

Opal Package - £400.00

11. Two Cameras. We will use two cameras for this extra service. This will include filming from other alternative positions at the above venues and a variety of shots taken from different angles, which will include personal shots of the main wedding party. The second camera will be involved in all aspects of the days filming as advised by the Videographer on the day. These will include extra special moments captured by the second cameraman, if they occur.
12. We will film approximately two hours prior to the wedding. This will include Preparations made by the Bride or Groom before the ceremony. Please state in the application form or during the consultation. We know when to hold back and when to film and we are always very discreet.

Emerald Package. £150.00

13. Mini Personal Interviews.
This will consist of a five-minute interview. We will film the Bride and Groom for their own personal reasons and backgrounds to the final day. How and where they met and how he proposed and a general chat with you as to how the build up to how the final preparations went etc. if you do not want this service ,no need to worry.
14. Diary of Friends.
We will interview a maximum of five of your chosen friends or family so they can leave that special message on your video diary. Time depends on a successful interview. Maximum time afforded is 30minutes.
15. Privacy.

We will respect the privacy of the above interviews should you wish to view these in the comfort of your own home, they will be put on a separate disc.

Ruby Package - £200.00 - £250.00

16. Montage Memories Compilation
We will capture as many of the events as, six-second still photos, of as many memorable moments throughout your day from your completed disc with background music appropriately adapted.
17. Extra Cost. £250.00
For that little bit extra we will capture those events as raw footage ie from the actual scenes with or without background music as there may be sound and voice already in the scene ;or we can cut out the scenes sound and incorporate music for you. Please state at time of booking.
